If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in their original condition, including garment labels, swing tickets and packaging within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges and/or Refunds will only be granted within this timeframe.
If returning by post, please enclose a COPY OF THE INVOICE and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed.
Faulty items will be inspected & if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, Horncastles (Sevenoaks) Limited will credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of Schoolwear faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of Horncastles (Sevenoaks) Limited. Please make sure to keep your receipt as this will be required should you wish to return or exchange a faulty item.
Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty.
- Goods made or supplied correctly to a special order, including items personalised with pupil's initials or name and includes name tapes.
- Socks and tights removed from packaging
