Servicing Parents

In-Store:

We offer unrivalled personal service to our parents as we understand buying uniform can be quite daunting.

We offer one-on-one customer service in store where we can help parents with measuring and kitting out their children and guiding them through the uniform list.

Online:

However, we also appreciate that for some, buying uniform online is the more convenient option and our brand new and updated website couldn’t make shopping online any easier. Our website offers full uniform lists for each school, a Measuring Guide and Size Charts to make the online shopping experience as easy and user friendly as possible. We also offer a Garment Care Guide and a handy FAQs page so that customers can access everything they need in one place.

By Phone and Email:

Our customers are also able to contact us by phone or email should they have any queries or need any help with any aspect of schoolwear and sportwear purchasing.

Pop-Up Events and School Shops:

We also offer Pop-Up events in schools and can offer working from School Shops on-site should this be of interest to you. Many of our parents take advantage of the Pop-Up events in schools that we currently offer as well as our yearly 5% discount that we run during the summer.
